Print out this form for each restoration order and mail it to us. All digital restoration's are one price, $39.00. Whether you need a black and white restored, a color photograph to be restored or even to add color to a black and white photo. It's just one price. There are no estimates. No quotes are needed. No extra charge for additional subjects. No extra charge for extensive or excessive restoration work that needs to be done. You'll get a Free disk with your restored photo and a Free print sheet. (***If you don't have a printer, just write your Instructions on a blank sheet of paper***)

If you are sending your original photo, make sure you put it in a protective envelope or box and send by certified mail to us. We will then mail it back to you by certified mail when your order is completed. Your original will be returned with your restored photo.

COMPLETE RESTORATION INCLUDES: The restoration of damaged faded black & white or color photographs. Colorize (adding color to your black and white photo)
BACKGROUND: Plain or same background (we remove background, cracks, stains or objects and figures, add studio background or keep the same background, restore and clean, etc.) CLOTHING: Remove cracks and spots FEATURES: Completely restore face or faces (remove cracks and spots, etc.) COLORIZING: Include your coloring instructions on background, features and clothing.
